Submitters are stored in our website's contact/form submitter records and may be backed up to a private storage location.

We do not sell website form submissions. We do not share submitter information with third parties for marketing purposes.
05Sensitive information
Supply Line Fire does not use the website form to collect medical information, patient information, incident reports, or emergency records. Do not submit sensitive incident details through the website. If you have an active operational concern, use department channels.
06Device and location
The iOS app may use device capabilities such as location services to support map behavior. Location permission is controlled by iOS and can be revoked any time. Website form submissions are separate from device location permissions and from any in-app data.
