01What this is

Supply Line Fire provides hydrant and street-context tools for fire service use. The app and website are provided as decision support only. Your use of the app or website is your agreement to these terms.

02Decision support only

Supply Line Fire does not replace:

• Department SOPs, training, or scene judgment.
• Official maps, preplans, or dispatch information.
• Water department records.
• Communication with command, water supply, or RIT.

The product is a tool. Operational decisions remain with the firefighter, officer, and incident commander.

03Hydrant data accuracy

Hydrant availability, status, location, and coverage may be incomplete, outdated, delayed, or unavailable for a given jurisdiction. Status flags such as OOS reflect the most recent data we have ingested and may not reflect current field conditions.

Users remain responsible for verifying operational information through their department's approved sources.

04Coverage requests

The website's jurisdiction request form is used to track interest and prioritize future data coverage. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a city, department, or jurisdiction will be added, nor a timeline for inclusion.

05Not a procurement portal

Supply Line Fire is not currently presenting this website as an official department procurement portal. No license, contract, or service-level agreement is created by submitting a coverage request or signing up for launch updates.

06Changes

These terms may be updated as the product, data sources, and legal review evolve. The most recent effective date is recorded in the title block on this page and in the document footer.
