02How to reach us

Email sethtataamato@supplylinefire.com for any of the following:

  • Product questions — how a feature works, whether your jurisdiction is covered, what data is in a pack.
  • Beta feedback — TestFlight notes, bugs, missing fields, unclear behavior on the apparatus or at the station.
  • Jurisdiction coverage requests — adding a city, department, or pack that isn't covered yet.
  • Support issues — login, billing, account, or other operational problems.

Replies during pre-launch are direct from the founder. Response time is generally one business day.

03Reporting an issue

When reporting a bug or issue, include the following so it can be reproduced and resolved quickly:

  • Device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iPad Air 11").
  • iOS or iPadOS version.
  • City or jurisdiction pack you were using.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What happened instead. Screenshots help.

If the app crashed

Approximate time of the crash and whether it happened mid-action (e.g. while opening a hydrant detail, while loading a pack). The diagnostic logs from iOS are also useful — include them if available.

04Safety note

Supply Line Fire is decision support for hydrant and street context. It does not replace department SOPs, official maps, dispatch information, water department records, training, preplans, or scene judgment. Hydrant availability, status, location, and coverage may be incomplete, outdated, delayed, or unavailable for any given jurisdiction. Verify operational information through your department's approved sources.
