Replies during pre-launch are direct from the founder. Response time is generally one business day.
When reporting a bug or issue, include the following so it can be reproduced and resolved quickly:
iPhone 15 Pro, iPad Air 11").Approximate time of the crash and whether it happened mid-action (e.g. while opening a hydrant detail, while loading a pack). The diagnostic logs from iOS are also useful — include them if available.
Supply Line Fire is decision support for hydrant and street context. It does not replace department SOPs, official maps, dispatch information, water department records, training, preplans, or scene judgment. Hydrant availability, status, location, and coverage may be incomplete, outdated, delayed, or unavailable for any given jurisdiction. Verify operational information through your department's approved sources.
